Order Status

  • How do I know the status of my order?

    Only logged-in users may track the status of their orders and get status updates via email. Guest purchases will be informed via email for status updates.

    Registered users may view the status of their orders via the My Account page.

    Notes:

    • Please check your spam folder for email updates from HANFORD Philippines.
    • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for status update changes.
  • How long does it take for my orders to be processed?

    Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  • Why was my order was cancelled?

    HANFORD reserves the right to cancel orders for any, but not limited to, the following reasons:

    • We were unable to verify the billing information provided. If the billing address does not match the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order is automatically cancelled.
    • Contact your bank or card issuer for to verify your billing information.
  • How long does it take for my orders to be processed?

    Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

    • International delivery via postal shipping

    Different charges apply for deliveries within Metro Manila, provincial deliveries and international shipping.
