Refund Policy | HANFORD

Products purchased from our HANFORD website may be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of items under the following conditions:

  • Customer received the wrong product (wrong size, color, model, etc.)
  • Customer received a damaged product
  • Customer received an incomplete product

Customers are entitled to a refund if there is a defect / damage in the quality of product. Customers may also take a photo of the item s/he wishes to return upon receipt.

For return and exchanges of product, sizes, etc. HANFORD reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items already worn and used for hygienic purposes. Item return or exchanges are NOT allowed when item purchased is already worn/used, washed, modified, reworked, intentionally damaged, has no HANFORD logo or tags, not a HANFORD product.

Our stores in the department stores will not accommodate returns or exchanges for items purchased via our website.
